Incompatiblity and mental torture


22-Apr-2026 (In Divorce Law)
Marriage about 35 years, he is a perfectionist, creative, highly educated but suffers from bouts of Superiority and inferiority issue. Socially challenged, hates anybody visiting our house, extreme anger and rage issues, bully, a control freak, radical views cannot digest others opinions, frequent domestic disturbances leading me mentally tired. I want to separate , cannot tolerate silent suffering, please guide. I am a Hindu

as per Hindu marriage act marriage is a contract between two parties if either parties where not willing to continue their matrimonial life they can leaguly get diverse at any circumference anytime so you can apply for a divorce whenever you find the matrimonial life is not satisfactory so you can contact proper advocate and send him legal notice later you can file for divorce give needed maintenance also

we will have to file a divorce petition in the appropriate forum on the grounds of cruelty maam, once we file and court will pass appropriate orders of dissolution and separation with respect to the marriage maam.
