Should property of Parents be disclosed in Income Affidavit under head Share of Property from Ancestors. How to avoid showing parents property

If it’s not transferred in your name not required to disclose but if you have acquired during the trial or in further any connected proceedings you have to disclose it to the court, mere holding property doesn’t mean you have income until income derbies from it.
