In my domestic violence case court decided interim maintenance of 5000 after 7 years and there is a huge arrear from the date of application I have to pay. I don't have any source of income right now.since I left the job.nAm I have to pay this arrear even after in these changed circumstances or I can get relieve in this context with any law provision

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you were working and now you are jobless need remedies to discuss about this matter which you should have discussed with your lawyer as an interim maintenance do file an application if you have not received any payment for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
