file a police complaint against your father in law stating that he is unnecessarily interfering with your married life and this is causing lot of mental stress and loss of companionship between husband and wife.
After filing this complaint issue a RCR notice asking your wife to come and resume her matrimonial duties with you and your daughter within 15 Days, if she does not come then file an RCR petition seeking the courts help to bring your wife back.
If you are receiving threats from your relatives file complaint's against them also.
they cannot force you to do something you don't want to.

before they file any case against you or taking any action issue notice and file case in family court to restitution of conjugal rights. there is a chance that they may file dowry arrassement case against you. be safer from your side. there is also chance of taking custody of your daughter also by filing application in the court.
