In laws harrasment, husband abandoned me and my child

After marriage my mother in law used to abuse me daily, My mother in law demanding my baby girl to be given her daughter as adoption I didn't agreed and came to my parents home, tried to contact my husband but he is not responding from last 6 months, I don't have any job what can I do now pls help

hi if there is any harassement from the mother in law then you need to file domestic violence case amd could seek compensation and then you could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights if he is not taking you to matrimonial home
