My niece recntly got marr i.e. 6 mon ago, & she work in mnc and earn Rs.40K p.m & her parents gv dowry, gifts etc @ time of marr. D prob is husband, in-laws, husband's brother and sister-inlaw. D girl used to go off erly in mor & come bak by evn & she gv her entire salary to her father-inlaw. In ret dey didnt provide any vehicle conv or housemaid. Her in-law insists to wash uten & even she dont have permission to hv 1 egg and by saying that my elder daughter in law looks after all house hold works-husbnd dont insist they r after her money, came bk he didnt speak 3 mon. want file Divorce and domestic violence. How and on what grounds to file for?
