In laws creating issues and not allowing my wife to talk to me.

My wife under the influence of her parents has filed the below sections on me and my family.Acts & Section(s): 498-A,324,506,3,4 DPA After a gap of 1 month my wife filed another case on me Sec 307 under her parents influence again. I tired to reach out to my wife and ask her why is she doing this. But she seems to be highly influenced and manipulated by her parents. Her parents are not give us both a chance to talk to each other. Can someone please advice what can I do ? Say I feel this can be sorted between me and wife.

hi if you want to stay with yor wife then you could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights and also you could file quash petition to quash the FIR or file discharge petition in lower court to discharge you
