I am Major in The Army and My wife has Filled Case Against me in Patiala courts, The Court Cases are being Attended, The woman Cell Patiala has cleared the fault lies with the wife and she is not interested to join the Husband we would like to Request you to advise with in how much time the case can be filled with Army Tribunal (AFT) appeal for Stopping Maintenance. The Duration.

You should file a suit for rehabilitation. If she will not come present. Court declared ex parte proceedings against her. You should file copy of that in maintenence petition. Thus she can't get maintenance from you.
