In a divorce case and child custody case, I filed reply to petition in which i clearly mentioned that his family unlawful demands have pulled my family into debts and I have been maintaining child from day one and no financial help from him. However when I took child for visitation rights after counter reply he was asking me if I need any financial help to maintain child. I denied to take any help from him and as case is already in court however I missed to record and chances he will try to fabricate showing he is trying to provide me financial help. However I didn't want to take anything without a court direction. So what can I do to be on safe side and avoid misrepresentation of the facts

The fact that he offered some financial help to you and the child can't be stated to be in progress unless and until he actually transfers any amount into your bank account. And if you wish to take it out legally then you have DV as well as the petition under section 125 CrPC. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

financial support is your right you can take it. better to file maintenance petition in the court . you must file a complaint before compe contest ur divorce and child adoption. please follow competent court .
