Impotent one having ed issue with my husband

Can I filed impotent case on my husband, he put case on me under section 13 1 aPreviously I only filed case section 9 on himnnPlease suggest how to get alimony and his parents property . I am earning one lakh per month.

if your marriage has not been consummated or if he is impotent as per the definition in judgements of courts then you can claim compensation / Alimony from him. But you have no remedy against his parents or their property.
