Immunity for my family incase of dispute in bother-in-law marriage

17-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Under which section I can Immune myself and my family (husband and mother-in-law) incase of future dispute arising in bother-in-laws marriage. Example- Brother-in -law is constantly fighting with his spouse. I want to protect my husband and mother-in-law so that they are not dragged into brother-in-law personal matter. Under which protection act / section I can prepare an advance document stating we are not involved incase of dispute in his marriage Thank you

Dear queriest, as per your query about the advance protection to be taken in your brother in laws marriage, here we cannot predict or assume how the situation will be, so better instead of interfering tell your husband and mother in law to stay out of it. Or you can also make an NC in the police station regarding the same informing the fact of the marriage of your brother in law

This is my response to you:
1. Ask them to stay away from her or make her go away;
2. File a NC complaint against her for the time being;
3. If she does file an FIR then immediately go for anticipatory bail;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
