I'm need divorce from my wife,SHE WAS NOT accepting ME TO LEAVE WITH P

I wanna take divorce,my wife was not accepting to be with my parents, she wants to leave separately and she was getting me torcher from 2 years,by suicidal blackmail, and she was blackmailing me to file cases in my parents like DVC,and the point is we are leaved 7 years separately without my parents,so please help to solve my problem she was torchering me,sometime I felt need to die..

hi if you want to file for divorce you could file it on the grounds of cruelty and desertion in concerned court and that it is becoming difficult to live with her and if she had filed any criminal and other cases then you could fight it out
