Yes, you can go ahead with a live in relationship with a third party. You can subsequently ot simultaneously go for divorce too. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

yes u can go in a live in relationship but it's not advisable if u have a child. it's better u file for a divorce that way u can even seek maintenance and alimony from your husband for the future of your child. In a live in relationship, u will not a have any good legal standing if your live in partner abuses you or your child. plus your new partner will not have any legal obligation towards your child either

Well, if you engage in Adultery in Live in Relationship and your Husband becomes aware of it, then, on this ground and by proving this Ground of Adultery, he can seek Divorce without remaining under Legal obligation to further Maintenance and Alimony to you and if you marry this guy without seeking Divorce, then, your Husband may file a Criminal Case of Defamation upon you!

Yes you can go ahead with the living relationship….as adultery is no more a crime but keep in mind adultery can be a ground of divorce and can also be considered as mental cruelty which might also decrease your chances of getting maintenance for yourself but you can still claim maintenance for the child….it is always better to end it mutually if there are no chances of being together
