My friend has taken cash and loan on my name but now not paying emi of it and 50% cash is not yet returned. Pl advise how to get back it legally

First thing …get all the thing in writing …prepare an affidavit get it signed by accepting the debt taken as friendly loan … and arrange proofs of acceptance of debt if otherwise . Then you can proceed legally in court by filing a recovery suit .

Q: Passport police verification not clear submitted

Hi,I live in Mumbai and had applied for passport , for police verification i submitted my father's transfer certificate at time police accepted it but while forwarding file they have added missing document remark . When asked they are saying to submit parents birth certificate. My parent are born in rural area before 1980 during which the birth certificate was not created. Pl help and guide .

10th standard marksheet or school leaving certificate if possible or the last resolution would be an affidavit supported by secondary proofs which could aadhaar, voter id and driving licence. This should be sufficient for them to consider it and move the application

I had a past relationship before marriage and my husband knows about that, but after one year of marriage he is not accepting that past relationship. Because I had some conflict with my inlaws, they removed me from home 3 times and sent my luggage to my home. I filled a complaint against him in women cell, he denied to keep the marriage. My inlaws are having all my jewelery . can I get all my jewelery back and also the alimony from mutual divorce. And if not from much time does contest divorce

There is a nephew of the owner, living since 15 years, he isn't the member of society, not paying rent, yet he has been given to live in the society.He causes a lot of nuisances, this is known even by the owner, but his nuisances cannot be tolerated at all.
