I'm his second wife , he didn't register marriage

Everyday he has been drinking and hitting me , abusing me very badly , I don't want his relationship anymore,I want to separate from him.he is 37 years old but my age is 24 , there's lot to complaint against him , but i don't want that , my question is if will leave him , he should not interfere in my life at any cost .
. u first Compliant register in local police station. and filed a Divorce petition with Maintenance . in Hindu marriage act 13(i-a) otherwise u can relief this life. after a suit he can't interfere in ur life.
