I'm divorced having a kid I'm nt getting any money from my husband.

Do I have any right to ask money from my husband for my baby maintainnace if any possibility plz suggest the process hw to approach n to whom we approach

hi yes if he is not giving any maintenance and not money for daily needs and baby expenses then you could file petition for maintenance in the district court asking for maintenance for the daily expenses
