Im Christian . Husband is not interested in the marriage & wants divor

Husband not interested in the marriage and we are separated from 4 years. However he and his Mother waiting for me to initiate to divorce from 4 years and even husband and his mother mentally harassed me to take divorce from my side. please let me know if I Initiate divorce will I get compensation.

then you required per compensation means you need to file maintenance case against him on 125 proceedings in CRPC then court will send you notice later he will file for objection court will receive the proceedings then we can see later

Sure, there is no deference, either can initiate proceedings for divorce, if you want permanent alimony you can demand after initiating the divorce petition. There is no meaning to waiting, because you have been separated since 4 years, therefore better you have to start proceedings against him for divorce and maintainance.
