I'm a housewife doing online business. I just gave birth to a baby girl who is not even 1 month old yet. But my husband is threatening to take my child away. Can he do that ? Does the law is in favour of him ? nnnCompared to him my income is less. Will that be in favour of him to take my child away?

No need to worry. Your husband cannot take the infant away from you. Income is not the sole deciding factor. Overall welfare of the child is very important for gaining custody of the child. Only in rare cases where there is apparent threat to the life of the child due to mother the custody will go to father.
