Im A Dentist My Husband Is Also A Dentist.. Our Marriage Was B/f 1 YR

Im a dentist my husband is also a dentist, we have no children,our marriage was 1 year back , 6 months we r now separated . We live together for one year. He and his family cheated on us because he having bipolar disorder.they hid from us. he is also a drug addict , chronic smoker, and alcoholic they r not willing for divorce.He s short tempered person get angry on silly matters get injured himself ,several times he grab me on my neck once and i was struggling for airway.i have accompany him to show him a psychiatrist.i have prescription of the doctor.. he has two sisters they r not married. They altogether hide from his nature so can i file a case against him and his whole family for cheating and domestic violence.. and get a compensation of minimum of 10 kakhs..... and monthly maintance.. he has a dental clinic.. but it has very very less income.. so will i get compensation. if husband cannot give compensation due to lack of money , can their patents give us because they cheated
