I'm a 33 year old male my wife deserted me for about 2 years as she was not able to adjust with my family and me. we lived together for 1 year post marriage and she would constantly had unrealistic demands. when she refused to return, I filed for divorce and she got the case transferred to West Bengal, since then she's coming sometimes with police or lawyers to my grandparents residence and harasses them in the name of Shreedhan, West Bengal police came with no intimation and has taken all valuable items of my grandparents without sealing them . please advise what can be done.

hello clients as i can see your issue . yes as the case you want to get it tranaphered to delhi as the case ia presently running in west begal . in tht case it can be retransphered to delhi but it need yo be gone through supreme court only there us no other option as the petition in supreme court then only your case can get reshifted to delhi .
