If wife is not ready for mutual divorce

if my wife deny for mutual divorce can i apply for divorce from my side if yes then do i need to give any amount on monthly basis to her???

Yes you can file the petition of divorce if your wife is not agreeing to file petition for mutual consent divorce. Giving any amount or monthly maintenance to your is subject to facts and circumstances of your matter.

Yes, if your wife denies for mutual Divorce, you can apply for contested divorce by filing the divorce petition before the Family Court against your wife. Depends on the court order but in most cases, yes, you have to give a monthly amount as maintenance to her. Better to convince her for mutual Divorce and decide a lumpsum maintenance amount thereby making things easy.

if she is not ready to give you divorce my mutual divorce then you alone can't go for mutual divorce then you have filed a divorce by contested way on the ground of mental harassment against your wife

Well, if your Wife is not ready to give you Mutual Divorce, then, you can seek a Unilateral Divorce from her in Indian Courts by filing a case in the concerned Family Court under the concerned provisions of your Personal Law.
