Can a husband files divorce to his wife on the ground that she is crminal. Please suggest?

No you can not file divorce on the grounds of criminal background ;but you can definitely go ahead and file divorce on basis of cruelty/desertion /adultery/bigamy etc these are some valid grounds to file divorce and to prove the marriage as voidable.Therefore no divorce can be based on criminal activities.
