If there is no sexual relation occured between husbend & wife after marraige, then maintenence would be given to wife?

if no sexual relation has happened and if you can prove it then the marriage will be null and void and will amount to cruelty and your wife can be in serious trouble and moreover one must understand pros and cons before going ahead
