If i separate with divorce, any issues and how many days it will take

I have recent proof and he only agreed he had multiple relationships. Last two years my child in my mother's house am only taking care of everything, sometime he will come and bring some snacks to the child and take him out that's it, he not asked one single day about child expenses, am in Dubai am working as marketing specialist and before coming he promised me, he will not be in any affairs but within 6months he was in other relationship, so i fought with again he said lie and he continued

You can file for divorce and seek maintenance for your child and yourself by filing an application to the court. If he wants the rights of the father (visitation) he should also do the duty of the father (paying for the expenses). You can cut off his visitation until he pays and he will only be able to see the child once he approaches the court and gets a direction to see the child.
