How can I get custody of my daughter if I file for divorce
the guardian and wards act is universal law pertaining to issues involving child custody where as divorce law is governed by the religions of the married couple. so there are saperate petition for both the matters.

Custody of the child id depend on the law of land and conduct of the mother and father. Divorce is not the groung for the custody of the child, the welfare of the child is the sole ground for the custody
