If I close the case can I file again in future

As we both concluded to compromise the case by submitting the compromise memo then close it ,but still I have doubt on my wife may create problems later so in such case if I cant tolerate ,want to get it divorce , can I file again divorce case in future. So withdraw the present case or compromise memo then close the case which is better. Therefore future I should have option again to file the case. If I can file the case again How long the time period

yes you can file case again if your wife again creates trouble. so I even suggest you to have the present case papers on hand as a reference. A compromise memo is sufficient to close the matter as you and your wife have decided to live together.
