Mere bf ne without mere sath sex kiya bht bar aur jab mene uske mobile ka password manga to usne nhi diya or mujhe chod diya aur fir uske 2 frnds ko bheja samja kar ke vo mere layak nhii he aur uski bht sari gf he aur ek permanent gf bhi he jisse vo marriage karega to kya me uske aur uske frnds ke against mere parents ko involved kiye bina or identity hide karke complain kar sakti hu ...please answer me

ha kar karskati ho aap ka point samj gaya aap uske same fariyad kar sakti ho. aap ke sath jo kiya kab kiya kese kiya sab pura details dena hoga jese me aap ka complaint reday kar saku aur aap ki identity ko hide kar saku so aap details share kare

If he has promised for marriage and taken your consent for sex and thereafter used you only for the purpose of sex, then depending upon the facts and circumstances of the case we can make out a case of fraud and promise to marriage which was deceitful amounting to rape.
