I want to Withdraw my Divorce case from the sessionn court without my.

I want to withdraw my divorce case from the court. Since I am unable to go to the court coz I am staying far. Is it sufficient that if my lawyer can go to the court and can withdraw the case without me?

Pending in which court? Why are you withdrawing the case? Attorneys cannot withdraw the case without your permission, Nothing can be done if the case is remembered, State the court in which case and case number

no sir . you have to go to court in person along with your lawyer . and you have to say that you withdraw the case . then the case will be withdrawn . sending a lawyer alone too withdraw a case will not work
