I want to take divorce with my wife due to her mentally hassrement

I want to know that my wife is giving mentally hassrement and could not given me sexual happiness. She showed her love public. In room she fight with me for money and says too help her mother and sister for money live with them in their houses. I have not soild sabut for her what can I do .nHow can I take divorce with her ???

Sir you need to file a contested divorce suit on the ground of mental cruelty... It depends on the drafting and submission of the advocate before the judge... kindly take an appointment for consultation regarding your divorce problem. it will take a maximum time of 2 years if your wife also contests the matter... File a petition for contested Divorce because she will not consider the thought of divorcing you, therefore Mutual Divorce is out of option. Filling a Contested Divorce on the grounds of Cruelty is the only remedy to secure a divorce.
