I Want To Take Divorce From My Wife And She Dont Want To Come With Me.

My friend is from muslim community and i want to take divorce to his wife and she also not want cohabitate with hum. So what is the remedial advice to grant divorce in lowest ammount.

Divorce can be initiated and taken under the dissolution of Muslim marriage act 1939 .There is also a provision to take maintenance under section 125CRPC orDomestic violence act. Contact me for help .The divorce can be taken on ground of cruelty also.
