I want to take divorce from my wife

I want take divorce to my wife.i like someone else before marriage due to some family pressure I had been married with my wife I have no relationship with her.... still I have doughter I am not sure this is my child or not ...I just want to marry with my love one how I can take divorce..my wife or my family will not going to accept. Please help me what I can do

U can take divorce without the knowledge of ur wife through ex party proceedings. The divorce can be taken on ground of cruelty as u have mentioned that the child does not belongs to u .In such case u cal allege the ground of adultery on ur wife and take exparty divorce.
