I want to send a divorce notice to husband

Can I send a notice to my husband. I don't feel safe with him. He beats me and our son. He never support financially. Also he never available emotionally. He never takes care of our son and always bit him.

Yes surely the legal notice can be sent to your husband if you do not feel safe to stay with your husband. Not looking after you and your child and physically assaulting is cruelty for which the legal notice can be sent to your husband.

Well, you can send a legal notice to your Husband, but, it won't prove that much effective as a Police Complaint will. Hence, it is advisable to file a Police Compliant against your Hubby and get it converted into a FIR for Domestic Violence including infliction of Physical Injury.
