I want to reply to legal notice

My husband and I were married one year ago and we used to fight often due to difference of opinion. He was asking for divorce from beginning, but I felt that divorce is not the solution, so I arranged for counselling and 2 session went smooth after that he went to his hometown for family function after which he didn't return and I constantly called him for past 3 months but no proper response from him. Suddenly I received legal notice from him to appear in court on 18 July. Now wat should I do?

First your husband sent the notice for legal notice or court summon kindly verified ..Next you will file the case of Restitution of conjugal rights ..sec 9 of hindu marriage act ..and also maintenance.
