I want to marry with other person

I married not stay with my husband having 2 children, But in the last 4 years moved out and not stay with them. I am in a relationship with another boy, we won't marry each other because my ex-husband not giving divorce to me. He said he do not have any proof of marriage with me if I want to move to outdo it. please help me my lover want to marry and stay so we can start a new life together.

i hope you have pictures of your marriage or marriage card and the most important are the birth certificates of both your kids will say that your husband is the father of both the kids as well , your husband doesnot want to divorce you because he fears you will ask for money at time of divorce so there are few basic things which needs to be taken care off for an easy divorce

File for a divorce and prove the factum of marriage before the court and in case your husband do not appear an ex parte order will be passed against him and a decree of divorce will be granted and then you will be able to marry anyone else.
