I want to leave my son at my husband place

My husband beat me up and left its been 5 months i am having 2 kids with me one girl 7 years and boy 1 year .i don't want 2 child due to our bad relationship but my husband forced me to have a 2 child. Now he left me with 2 kids . Can I leave my son at my husband place. He is threatening me to give both kids if u want can i only give 2 nd kid to him??

hi if your husband is harassing you and threatening you to leave kids then you could file 498 A case and for domestic violence case against him and for maintenance case also for looking after 2 children
