I want to know about any warrant issue for me before 28/08/2023 or notnfollowing is court ordnNone on behalf of respondent/JD has appeared. Ld. Counsel for petitioner/DH requested for issuance of conditional warrant of arrest against then respondent stating that despite having knowledge of the pendenecy of then present execution petition, respondent/JD has not appeared. Heard. In view of the submissions made, conditional warrant of arrest against the respondent/JD be now issued for 28.08.2023.

For knowing whether any warrants have been issued against you or not you need to apply for the certified copy of the order on which it was issued. You can also approach the reader or any of the court staff also and enquire about the same. If there's an urgency then go for an uncertified copy. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
