I want to get separated from my husband

Without knowing that my husband was a sysnophinic patient ( psychiatric) I got married to him .We have 2 children. 18 years of marriage. Past 2 years i have a extra martial relationship. Now my husband doesn't want to live with me . He is a central government employee earning 2 lakh per month. My doubt is if I apply for divorce will I get compensation.

you don't tell all your eggs in your petition you tell your husband is wrong procedure for divorce your husband cannot prove any ground for adultery and all it is better suppress the real fact and you go to the court if husband come forward for mutual consent divorce then you can claim compensation
