I want to get a divorce from husband with or without his consent

I am married to Muslim guy , it's on 8th of June 2022, under tamilnadu registration of marriage act,2009. I am 7 month pregnant also, my husband had a affair for past some months , now I want to divorce him, he is also ok for divorce . I want to know what are the proceedings, visits to court and about child will be with whom when all process over .

Dear Madam, It seems you married a Muslim guy after your conversion. The marriage under Muslim Law is a civil contract as such you can file a simple suit for Divorce in a Civil Court and if your husband have no objection you will get the Divorce. You may also claim mutually the amount for rearing up your yet to be born child and also for alimony.

okay I understand your questions so now you want to file a di orce right yes it is possible but some required document is important to court like marriage card wedding photos If ma4iagw is registered you should colect the marriage registration certificate whherebit is registered then now you are prognent if you want to child you only take a custody of child becouse mother have right to take custody of child and if you want any maintenance from your husband you can file a application for maintenance thank you
