I want to filed a divorce case or mutual divorce

My Marriage was occurred on 20th may 2024. But I can't live with my husband. Because of his mental illness. He is treated with ocd problems and not doing any job for living. He is residing outside India because he is a newzealand citizen . How cna i filed divorce petition in india immediately?

Yes, ma'am, you can file a divorce petition in India. You should file a divorce petition before the jurisdictional family court. On the divorce petition, we need to send notice to the New Zealand citizen husband.
