Hello, nnMy husband has been torturing me mentally from 11 years and I have two boys but now I cannot handle this toxic relationship anymore. I am muslim girl. I need to file the petition for divorce can I get this done online or someone from your team can come home to help me I am put up in Jayanagar 4th T block bangalore. nnThank you

Dear Sir, Bengalure is not so advanced and you cannot get your divorce case done online. You have to physically approach advocate and explain your case. You have to attend the Courts multiple times for mediation etc. If mediation fails you have to give your evidence. Muslim marriage is a contract based as such you can get divorce easily.
