Hello, We can proceed with filing for divorce and, along with that, submit an application for your expenses during the proceedings. Additionally, we have the option to file a separate case for interim as well as permanent maintenance before the appropriate court. For more specific guidance and assistance, I would require additional details regarding your situation. Feel free to share further information whenever convenient.

The process begins with one spouse (the petitioner) filing a divorce petition in a court, typically in the county where one of the spouses resides. The other spouse (the respondent) is served with the petition and has the opportunity to file a response, which may include counterclaims or objections

I’m really sorry you're going through this. Since your husband took loans in your name, you can legally challenge those if they weren’t for your benefit or taken without your consent. Consider filing a police complaint and seeking legal advice for financial fraud or coercion. If the loans were taken jointly or under pressure, you may still have remedies. You can also explore options under domestic violence laws for financial abuse, which may help you claim maintenance or shelter. Speak to a legal aid organization — many offer help to women in distress. Also, reach out to women’s shelters or NGOs in your city for temporary housing and emotional support. You are not alone — there are systems and people who can help you get back on your feet. Stay strong.
