I want to file for a divorce and get all my rights which I deserve now

Hey so I had love marriage in May 2021 and now we are heading for divorce. As I had love marriage my parents still didn't support and after divorce I will have no home or any support and in my marriage my husband has taken loans on my name which has now left me with debt alone . How can I overcome it as I myself did not earn much

yes you can file a divorce petition and get your all legal claims from the court of law but for all claims you will have to file separate cases. you can not get all reliefs in one case. like maintenance for yourself and your children,if any, permanent alimony and others

Its unfortunate that you had to face such situations. however, you should definitely avail your legal remedies and one of them is firstly you should file a complaint under DV act so that your inlaws cannot dispossess you from you home and you may have a place to reside
