I want to file a case against my wife

Hye. Myself Mohamed Irfan 54, from mumbai. Meri shaadi zeenat s 2002 m Hui this. Shadi k fauran baad pata chala due her tubes r closed, dhe can't conveive. Banjh nikli. Fir bhi m n 12 saal guzar diye due to ,my in-laws behaviour & extra marital affair ofy wife, I decided to divorce her, shaadi maher n 4 lac rakha tha, isliye usse Dene liye Mane apna gher bechne k faisla liya,gher bech bhi Diya, tabhi zeenat apne baap , bahen k saath mere gher m ghus k baith gayi, nikalti nahi ,boli mujhe 20 lac

Well, you can file a Divorce Case against your Wife as per the Muslim Laws applicable in India. You can also contest with your wife to claim ownership and possession of house solely belongs to you, which is being grabbed by her, her sister and parents.
