aap kya chahti hai divorce ya fir maintenance. aapki marriage ko kitne saal ho gye hai. apke husband karte kya hai. aapke bache bhi hai kya. alag kabse rehte hai or kon ghar chod ke alag se rehta hai or iska reason kya hai jane ka.

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can file a case against your husband under section 125 of Cr.P.C. and seek maintenance. If you have children then the case can be filed on behlaf of you as well as your children. please note that your earning also plays a crucial role while determining the maintenance. You can file a case of divorce if you want . Further you can ask for maintenance . Court can direct husband to pay maintenance . You can also file petition in court for restitution o conjugal right which means husband has to return to stay with you
