You Hii meri shadi ko 18 saal ho gay hai main 36 years ki hu suru se inme saririk kmjori thi pr illaj Krane k baad me mere 2 bachhe hai , ek 17 saal Ka or ek 14 years Ka , pichle 10 saal se hmare bech koi saririk sambandh ni hai , mene Apne Ghar walo ko abi tk ni btaya , Kya main unko divorce de Sakti hu ya ni or bachhe muje milene na or main sirf ek house wife hu toh kya muje kharcha milega , main bhut preshan hu Kya kru , inke maa papa Ka behaviour bi mere liye achha ni hai, ye ek achhe insaan hai pr meri bi Kuch jrurte hai , please btaye Kya main unko chor Sakti hu or ye muje Mera kharcha denge ya ni

Hi Aapne jo reasons bataye hai uske basis per divorce possible hain. Uske saath maintenance bhi milega Marriage cruelty aur impotency dono reasons hai. Bache agar bade hai to unper depend kerta hai ki woh kehan rehna chahte hai aap mujse contact karein _------------- Marriage cruelty and no intimacy are valid reasons for divorce alongwith you will definitely receive

Yes aap unko cruelty or impotency ke ground pe divorce de sakti hai. Aapko Kharcha milega kyunki aap housewife hai. Bache aapke dono bade ho Gaye hain. Divorce ki stithi mein court unka mat janega, ki wo kiske sath rehna chahte hai, mummy ya papa. Us hisaab se unki custody decide hogi.

aapke question k acordingaapki marriage ko 18 years complete ho chuke Or aapke do child h aapko aapke husband ki physical weakness ko court me proof krna hoga go thoda muskil hoga kyoki aapke do child unse ho chuke h court unko impotent nhi maan sakti itne samay baad aapke divorce ka ye aadhar nhi ho sakta 10 saal se aapke Or husband k beech relationship bhi nhi h lekin aapki ek complete family h Or kuch samay baad aapke bachoo ki marriage hogi aise me aapka kanooni vivaad aapki family ko barbaad kr sakta h ek baar or soch lo
