I want to divorce my wife she is harassing my family and me

I want to divorce my wife because she doesn't respect me, or my family and she is always on call with her mother, my mother always does her work, clothes food and everything, she doesn't even do any of my work. we had a fight, and she claims my sister raised hand on her which is lie I'm the witness. Her parents are much more disrespectful towards me and my family and always harassing us. She wants to live separate, but I don't want to live with this woman anymore

Then you will have to file case against her which is a contested divorce since she will not agree with the mutual one and in the contested divorce you will have to present enough evidence to prove her cruelty and the mental harassment that she is giving to you

If you intend to proceed with divorce then you have two options that is one you can head for contested divorce if your wife is not ready for the same. Second is mutual consent divorce if both you and your wife are agreeable for the same. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.
