I want to disowning my wife and want to know the procedure

Can i disown my wife as she is not ready to come to me and also she has behaviour issues? I do not want to continue with her. Iam looking aftermy son alone in hyderabad andshe is staying there in Kolkata at paternal house.

hello client you have to file a petition in court stating that you are not satisfied with the behaviour of your wife and she have left you alone along with your son he is in not interested in keeping the sun along with her she is residing in Kolkata first you have to send him or her send her a notice
