Hi sir Me and my wife got married 4 months back it was love marriage she was the one who wanted immediate marriage now she has filed a complaint saying I have hit her and making me agree for mutual divorce but I want to be with her and I don't want to break this marriage

I understand your questions so you want to save the marriage righ.t you got marriage only 4 months back you are mentioned in your questions. so you can file a Restitution of conjugal rights case under law both are one religion so like hindu you can file a case at court and take a decree you want your wife like that . and you take one counseling both and come to conclution
