Read the documents before signing in general documents could be an acknowledgement by you. Simply msg him about your intentions and clear his dues if any. If you need any further assistance, feel free to contact me.

You need not sign any documents. Just ask him/her for the complete file along with all the documents. And if he/she fails to provide then you can always get it by applying the certified copy of the same. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can change your lawyer without NOC too. The procedure is simple. You will have to make an affidavit and file the new vakalatnama through your new advocate. As far as the signature is concerned, yes if you are taking NOC you will have to sign the reliving notice or any document in that regard.

Firstly, you need to settle the balance amount of fees with your lawyer and after doing so, you need to message him that you have done so and may ask for your briefs back from him, if you had handed him over. Your lawyer will return your briefs and will hand over the NOC against acknowledgement.
