I want my son to be with me after divorce.

I am a Hindu and there are many issues with my husband. I have 2 year old kid and and i want my child custody to be with me after divorce. My husband drinks and comes home night at 2 am most of the times. I don't want my son to be spoiled with this culture. Not only husband my father in law and also my brother in law are also of same category. My husband don't even respect me. I don't want all this to have negative impact on my child. I am a working women and can take care of my son. Please let me know how can i keep my child with me.
then you cannot send your child to his custody better you have to keep yourself your custody don't allow him you can file for divorce for contesting on petition in court then court will decide you need to file

okay your kid age is 2 so you have to file a G and wc case asked to court permanent custody of the child you took your child and show the court to you are we El in finance and cultural arthodex family and you are the innocent and if you want your kid 18 years till I put kid it is in mother custody court told like that

as the kid is of so small age court wil give you custody of kid and even as you are working and independent you will be getting permanent child custody maximum if your husband tries to take custody of kid court will grant visiting rights till the disposal of the case
